After taking a dramatic seven-year leap, Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai now focuses on the separate lives of Abhira, Armaan, Maira, and Geetanjali. Abhira has spent these years believing that her daughter Pookie was kidnapped and that Armaan abandoned her. On the other hand, Armaan, who now lives in Mount Abu with their daughter, now known as Maira, misunderstands that Abhira moved on and is living a luxurious and happy life without them. Meanwhile, Geetanjali, unaware of Armaan’s past and the pain he carries, has grown fond of him. As she cares for both Armaan and Maira, her feelings for him continue to deepen.
In the upcoming episode of Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai, Armaan and Abhira are set to unknowingly cross paths once again at the Udaipur fair, as exclusively reported earlier. Determined to participate in a dance competition, Maira escapes to Udaipur with Geetanjali, leaving behind a note for Armaan.
