In tonight’s Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai episode, Abhira questions Kaveri about Armaan’s whereabouts. She directly asks if Kaveri saw him recently. Kaveri admits in front of both Vidya and Abhira that she spotted Armaan at the cultural fest. Vidya reconfirms if Kaveri indeed identified Armaan correctly, leaving Abhira stunned and emotional. It’s been seven long years since she last saw him, and she can’t help but ask if Armaan still holds a grudge against her over what happened with Pookie.

Kaveri responds coldly, saying Armaan has moved on with his life. She declares that he has already distanced himself from Abhira and wouldn’t think twice about ending their marriage. She even hands over the divorce papers and asks Abhira to sign them. But before she can act further, Vidya steps in, grabs the papers, and confronts Kaveri. Vidya reminds her of the pain she caused Madhav and Shivani by tearing them apart and says she won’t let history repeat itself.

Vidya then demands to know why Kaveri didn’t bring Armaan home. Kaveri replies that if Armaan truly wanted to meet Vidya or Abhira, he would have done so on his own. This leaves Abhira shaken and speechless.

On the other side, Maira and Geetanjali are being treated by doctors. Armaan blames himself for their injuries and breaks down. Dadu tries to calm him, warning that if he doesn’t stop the self-blame, he’ll tell Maira everything.

Meanwhile, Abhira feels devastated that Armaan came but made no effort to meet her. She confesses her years of waiting, hoping to see him again or hear something about him. Her hope feels wasted now, and she realises that Armaan’s hatred has overshadowed the love they once shared. She believes Kaveri wouldn’t be so confident about their separation if Armaan hadn’t moved on.

As doctors prepare for Maira’s surgery, Armaan grows increasingly anxious about her condition. Back home, Abhira tells herself that she must forget Armaan and move forward. Vidya gently asks if Abhira still misses Armaan and lies awake thinking about him. Abhira denies it, but Vidya isn’t convinced. Abhira then says Armaan doesn’t care about either of them anymore and asks Vidya to stop defending him. She then walks away, admitting silently that she won’t be able to sleep that night.

As night falls, Armaan finds himself restless, burdened with worry for Maira. In a vulnerable moment, he thinks of both Abhira and Maira and dials Abhira’s old number. When the phone rings late at night, Abhira instinctively senses it’s Armaan. Though he doesn’t speak at first, she tells him she can recognise his silence. Armaan eventually utters her name, and both are visibly emotional. He softly repeats her name and begins to say he has something important to tell her, but before he can continue, Dadu walks in, forcing him to abruptly end the call. Confused and worried, Abhira wonders why he disconnected so suddenly.

Later, she learns from the cafe staff that Armaan is in Mount Abu. Meanwhile, at the hospital, the doctor informs Armaan that Maira is refusing an injection. He tries to reason with her. Maira then surprises him by asking why Geetanjali can’t be her mother. She says Geetanjali saved her life and pleads with Armaan to marry her.
