2. Prostate Health: Regular check-ups for prostate cancer and enlarged prostate are often ignored. PSA ,a blood test should be done after the age of 50 years.
3. Liver disorders: Fatty liver is becoming very common, an ultrasound along with blood tests can be done to rule out liver disorders.
4. Sleep Apnea: Men often overlook sleep apnea, which can lead to cardiovascular disease, diabetes, and cognitive impairment
5. Hypertension: Men often ignore high blood pressure, which can lead to cardiovascular disease, stroke, and kidney disease.
7. Oral Health: Men often neglect their oral health, leading to gum disease, tooth decay, and oral cancer.
