Travis Kelce’s ex-girlfriend Kayla Nicole has seemingly reacted to his engagement to Taylor Swift. Recently, the sports journalist took to her social media handle and shared a gym video of herself in which she was seen doing an intense glute and leg workout. In the caption, Kayla wrote a cryptic message that read, “The goal? A back that says stop f–king playing with me.” She also added the song “Made for This S–t” in the background.
Travis and Kayla dated for five years from 2017 to 2022 before parting ways. The reason for their breakup isn’t known.

A source told the Daily Mail that Joe Alwyn “has not reached out, nor will he” to congratulate his ex-girlfriend following her engagement to the NFL star. The insider added that Alwyn “genuinely hopes she is in a good place and doing well,” but emphasised that the actor sees no need for contact, believing Swift herself “wouldn’t want to hear from him anyway.”
The source further noted that Kelce’s romantic proposal served as “the final nail in the coffin to any thoughts” Alwyn may have had about their long-ended relationship. Reports suggest that he “doesn’t think about her anymore on any consistent basis,” choosing instead to prioritise his career and personal life away from the public frenzy surrounding Swift.

Kelce’s father, Ed Kelce, confirmed that the proposal happened nearly two weeks before the announcement. It took place in a private garden in Lee’s Summit, Missouri, with Swift wearing a striped Ralph Lauren silk dress and Kelce presenting a custom diamond engagement ring.
Ed told News 5: “Travis actually did the proposal, oh, maybe two weeks ago, not quite two weeks ago. He was going to put it off till this week… he was going to put her off till this week, to, you know, make some grand thing, to make it a big special event.”
“He got her out there, they were about to go out to dinner, and he said, ‘Let’s go out and have a glass of wine…’ They got out there, and that’s when he asked her, and it was beautiful. They started FaceTiming me and their mother and her folks to make sure everybody knew. So, to see them together is great,” he added.
