Boston-based consulting firm Bain & Company snagged the title of America’s best place to work for its second consecutive year. It previously ranked first in 2021 as well.

Bain & Company is apart of the “Big Three” of management consulting, alongside McKinsey & Company and Boston Consulting Group.

According to Glassdoor, the company is known for its “phenomenal” benefits package, and healthy work-life balance.

Two big tech giants, Nvidia and Microsoft, made it into the top 15 this year. Nvidia has ranked in the top five best workplaces since 2021, while Microsoft has also been recognized as one of the best workplaces for new graduates in the United States.

Nvidia was touted for its great culture, high pay, and high approval rating for its CEO Jensen Huang.

Overall, the top 15 workplaces in America span a wide range of industries, from consulting (Bain & Company, Booz Allen Hamilton) to religious nonprofits (The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints) to tech (Nvidia, Microsoft, Autodesk).
