OnePlus is expected to release a new smartphone: the OnePlus 13T. The main highlight of the phone is expected to be its compact form factor. Similar to the Vivo X200 Pro Mini, the OnePlus 13T is said to feature a 6.3-inch display.
A new leak from Digital Chat Station hints that an upcoming smartphone with a 6.3-inch display will feature a battery size of more than 6,200mAh. Although the tipster does not explicitly name the device, it is likely the OnePlus 13T.
For comparison, the standard OnePlus 13 with a 6.82-inch display has a 6,000mAh battery capacity. However, the charging speeds of both phones may differ. The standard OnePlus 13 supports 100W fast charging, while the OnePlus 13T is rumored to support up to 80W charging.
The OnePlus 13T is rumored to feature the Snapdragon 8 Elite chipset that powers many flagship Android phones including the OnePlus 13. However, the OnePlus 13T may use a dual rear camera setup, likely missing out on the telephoto sensor. It may also use an optical fingerprint sensor instead of an ultrasonic fingerprint sensor found on the OnePlus 13.
Do note that OnePlus has not officially revealed any information regarding its upcoming compact phone. The above information is purely based on leaks and speculations, so it should be taken with a pinch of salt. We expect the OnePlus 13T to go official sometime in April.
