Japan’s Economy Continues to Grow Amid Tariff Woes, Revised Data Confirms

TOKYO—The Japanese economy grew at a faster pace than initially estimated in the second quarter, revised data showed, confirming a fifth straight quarter of growth.

Real gross domestic product expanded 2.2% on an annualized basis in the April-June period, according to official figures released Monday. That compared with preliminary estimates of 1.0%.
