Actor Hrithik Roshan’s sister Sunaina Roshan has previously opened up about her time at a rehabilitation center for alcohol addiction. Recently, Sunaina shared that during her 28-day course at the rehabilitation center, she fought with Hrithik because she wanted to come back home but he put his foot down and told her that she could only come back after she had finished her course. Sunaina recalled “yelling and screaming” at Hrithik during one of the phone calls but he told her that she had to get better.

In a chat with Showsha, Sunaina shared, “There was a time when only family members were allowed to call us and that was the time when I really fought with my brother over the phone. After years, I yelled and screamed at him that I want to come back home. He was like, ‘You are not coming back home. You have to finish this course and only then, come back home’. It was very very tough.” Sunaina said that Hrithik took the decision that she must finish her course and told her family, “Let her be there, let her go through these tough times because only then will she come out of it.”
