Real Madrid manager Carlo Ancelotti intends to continue as coach despite facing humiliation against Arsenal, reports Miguel Angel Diaz of COPE.
The Real Madrid boss will only leave the club if he is sacked, but he will not leave his job himself.
It is also said that only in the event of the sacking will the Italian manager consider taking the vacant job at Brazil’s National Team.
Ancelotti has had a tough fourth season during his second stint at Real Madrid, and even though Los Blancos theoretically are in two competitions, it is tough to see them win either of them.
Ancelotti has to share a large part of the blame, and reports about him being replaced by Xabi Alonso next season have already started to gain momentum.
It remains to be seen what happens with Ancelotti at the end of the season, or even before that. He claims he ‘does not know and does not want to know’ what the future holds for him.
