In today’s episode, the Kotharis worry about Aryan’s health. Prem and Rahi talk about Aryan’s stomach ache. Khyati asks Prem why he didn’t tell her. Parag says Prem and Rahi were wrong. Vasundhara asks Prem and Rahi if they think they are too grown-up to discuss the matter. Khyati suggests calling the doctor. Aryan refuses and says he will take the medicine himself.

Anupama gives a necklace to Mahi. Mahi gets happy. Anupama tells her that Kavya bought the necklace. Mahi refuses to accept it and expresses her love for Anupama. Mahi asks Anupama to do her kanyadaan. Anupama gets emotional and asks Mahi to stop crying as her wedding is approaching. Aryan secretly takes a drug. He says he took it because of withdrawal symptoms and promises to quit after the wedding.

Gautam enters Prarthana’s room and manhandles her. He threatens her over the divorce. Prarthana records a video of Gautam. Gautam says Prarthana thinks she’ll get support from Anupama and that will get her the divorce. Prem and Rahi worry about Prarthana and sneak into her room. Prarthana refuses to talk about Gautam. Gautam wonders how long Prem and Rahi will support her. Prarthana shows the video to Prem and Rahi. Prem decides to show it to Parag, but Prarthana says she wants to wait for the right time.

The Kotharis prepare for Aryan’s wedding. Aryan prays to God for his health. The Kotharis invite God to bless the occasion. Meanwhile, Hasmuk mentions that Leela’s sister is unwell, which is why she is absent. Anupama bumps into Raghav. They apologize to each other. Anupama notices that the wedding decorations for Mahi and Aryan are ruined and becomes worried. Raghav consoles her, and Anupama fixes the decorations.

Raja expresses his desire to marry Ishani after Mahi and Aryan’s wedding. Anupama sees Kinjal worrying about Pari’s marriage. She reassures Kinjal that Pari is beautiful and that her size doesn’t matter. Anupama advises Kinjal to focus on Pari’s career instead of her marriage.

Anupama motivates herself to keep working hard for Mahi’s wedding. Ansh, Mahi, Pari, and Ishani take pictures together. Ansh worries that Mahi, Pari, and Ishani will leave and he will be left alone. Pari assures him they will meet every day. Mahi says Ansh will get married too. Anupama gifts a family photo to Mahi.

Aryan gets another stomach ache. The Kotharis enjoy the celebrations during Aryan’s baarat. The Shahs welcome them. Mahi is excited for her wedding with Aryan. Gautam spots Prarthana and Ansh together. Anupama tells Gautam to come if he wants, or not—she doesn’t mind.
