The land is said to be located near the high-end ‘Sarayu’ real estate project, in which Bachchan had previously invested Rs 14.5 crore.This latest purchase follows his recent Rs 20 crore investment (Rs 10 crore each) in a real estate firm owned by Bollywood producer Anand Pandit. Bachchan appears to be diversifying his real estate holdings strategically, particularly in Ayodhya, which has seen a massive infrastructure and tourism boom following the Ram Temple development.
